Us WTI crude oil fell 1.1% on Friday and remained flat this week

In the early hours of the 22nd Beijing time, oil futures closed lower on Friday. Us WTI crude almost wiped out this week’s gains as concerns about the outlook for demand persisted. WTI futures for October delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell 48 cents, or 1.1%, to $42.34 a barrel. The contract is up 3 cents this week, or less than 0.1%.
