According to the Russian news agency quoted the emergency department of Yaroslavl City, a total of 115 people were registered in the residential building unit where the gas explosion occurred on the 21st of local time. The whereabouts of 77 people have been identified. Three of them were injured and hospitalized with moderate injuries, and one woman died.
