Apple’s market value is only less than eight countries’ GDP has surpassed Brazil’s

After surging this year, the market value is already comparable to the GDP of some of the world’s largest economies. The company’s market capitalization briefly exceeded $2 trillion on Wednesday. According to the world bank, the figure is close to the GDP of Italy, the world’s eighth largest economy. However, analysts set a 12-month price target for the iPhone maker, averaging $429.53 a share, about 7 per cent below its current level, which would keep its market value below Brazil’s GDP.
